We collect only what the service needs:
This list reflects the categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months.
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health details, government ID numbers, or account numbers. Please don't include them in any notes you write.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use your email for marketing without your consent.
Notes are optional. Before a note is stored, we try to remove contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses. You can delete your notes at any time from your profile page, or by emailing us.
When this option is offered, you can choose to share with MIRAMI which step got you an answer. Sharing is off unless you turn it on. It is anonymous, seen only by MIRAMI, and used only to improve the next steps we suggest. We never show your words to anyone else. When we show others a count (for example, "12 of 31 people"), it is calculated from many people and only when the group is large enough that no one can be identified.
On a regular schedule (for example, weekly or monthly), we turn usage records into totals, such as how many steps on one path got a reply. These totals contain no email addresses, names, or record IDs, and they describe groups, not individuals. Very small groups are combined into larger ones so that no one can be singled out. We do not attempt to re-identify anyone from these totals.
When you ask us to delete your data, we delete your personal records. Totals that were already calculated stay, because they contain nothing about you as an individual.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about them.

We use trusted providers to run MIRAMI. They process data only to provide their service to us:
You can see and delete your notes from your profile page. For everything else, email support@mirami.tech. We respond within 15 business days. Payment records we must keep by law are the only exception to deletion.

MIRAMI is for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has used MIRAMI, contact support@mirami.tech and we will delete their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to users who gave us an email address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
